Cara Menghitung Tetesan Infus



Pemberian cairan melalui infus merupakan tindakan memasukkan cairan melalui intravena yang dilakukan pada pasien dengan bantuan perangkat infus. Tindakan ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan cairan dan elektrolitserta sebagai tindakan pengobatan dan pemberian makanan. Berikut penjelasan dan contoh bagaimana caramenghitung tetesan cairan infus:

a. Dewasa: (makro dengan 20 tetes/ml)TETESAN PERMENIT = JUMLAH CAIRAN YANG MASUK/LAMANYA INFUS (JAM) X 3
atau
TETESAN PERMENIT = KEBUTUHAN CAIRAN X FAKTOR TETESAN / LAMANYA INFUS (JAM) X 60MENIT
Keterangan:Faktor tetesan infus bermacam-macam, hal ini dapat dilihat pada label infus (10 tetes/menit, 15 tetes/menit dan 20tetes/menit).Contoh:Seorang pasien dewasa diperlukan rehidrasi dengan 1000 ml (2 botol) dalam 1 jam maka tetesan per menit adalah:
TETESAN PERMENIT= 1000 ml /1 X 3 = 333/menit 
atau
TETESAN PERMENIT= 1000 ml x 20 / 1 x 60 menit = 333/menit 

b. Anak:TETESAN PERMENIT (MIKRO) = JUMLAH CAIRAN YANG MASUK / LAMANYA INFUS (JAM)
Contoh:Seorang pasien neonatus diperlukan rehidrasi dengan 250 mikroL dalam 2 jam, maka tetesan per menit adalah:
TETESAN PERMENIT (MIKRO) = 250 / 2 = 125 TETES PERMENIT 
Terkadang kita agak kesulitan dalam menghitung tetesan infus yang akan kita berikan kepada seorang pasien, berikut tips2 nyaRUMUS1 cc = 20 tetes makro = 60 tetes mikrocontoh soal :1. infus 500 cc diberikan kepada seorang pasien 20 tetes makro/ menit habis dalam berapa jam? jika dalam micro? jawab : 1 cc = 20 tetes makro --> berarti pasien diberikan 1 cc/ menitinfus yang tersedia 500 cc --> = akan habis dalam 500 dibagi 60 menit = 8,333 jamkalo dalam micro tinggal di kali 3 aja. jadinya = 24,99 jam.2. berapa tetes macro per menit tetesan 500 cc infus RL harus diberikan agar habis dalam 4 jam? jawab : 500 cc dibagi 4 jam = 125 cc --> ini jumlah cc RL yang harus diberikan per jamnya125 cc dibagi 60 = 2,083 cc / menit. ini jumlah cc RL yang harus diberikan per menitnya.1 cc = 20 tetes makro = 60 tetes mikro jadi 2,083 cc = (2,083 x 20) 41,66 tetes makro = (2,083 x 60) 124,98 tetesmikro. mudah kan?
